We make society work for people on the move, on tracks, in the air, and on the water.

That’s why we need the best expertise. Our mission is important and has significance in everyday life – both for individuals and businesses. With us, we take responsibility, treat everyone well, and respect differences. As an employee, you contribute to a sustainable future.

About the job

Do you want to be part of building our new department from the ground up? We have gathered the enabling functions of finance, analysis, purchasing, premises, customer, communication, personnel, and development. Within these areas, we collectively increase the conditions to understand, implement, and meet the organization’s needs for support, governance, coordination, and development.

We are now looking for an engaged employee with experience and interest in personnel work and workplace environment issues for the personnel unit. Are you goal-oriented, good at collaborating, and creating joy at work? Then we believe you will thrive with us! If you also enjoy working independently while still being part of a group of professional and driven colleagues, then you might be the one we are looking for!

In your role, you will primarily focus on workplace environment issues. You will work operationally with rehabilitation cases, preventive and systematic workplace environment work, and more complex personnel matters. In this role, you will work closely with the agency's managers and provide support and coaching in their workplace environment work. The work is independent, but for experience exchange and inspiration, you have your colleagues with whom you maintain close dialogue. The personnel unit's employees are located in Norrköping, Örebro, and Borlänge, so you can choose one of these locations.

In collaboration, with professionalism and innovation, we solve our assignments together for the best of the agency! Does this sound interesting? Don’t hesitate to apply!

With us, you are important

Do you enjoy working together with others and want to develop in your professional role? With us, you can expect career development, a trusting relationship between managers and employees, and a sustainable work life. We are a secure employer that cares about your health with time for wellness during work hours, flexible working hours, a generous number of vacation days, and days off around holidays.
